This application form collects information to include within your RBS Financial Abuse. Use the appropriate buttons at the end of the application form to proceed or to end your application.Please be aware that some explanatory text is included within the form.

You can complete this form to tell us if you are experiencing financial abuse. Financial abuse can take a variety of forms, for example you are being financially controlled or prevented from accessing your bank account or income.
There are ways we can support you to help you regain control of your money.
The information you give us will be treated confidentially and not be used in any other way than to support the situation you are in.
If you feel you are in danger, call 999 immediately.
For non-emergencies call 101 to report an incident to the Police.

Someone will contact you using the contact method you have requested. Please note our working hours are 9-5pm Monday-Friday and contact will be made within 2 working days.

We will NEVER ask you for your PIN, Password or card reader codes when identifying you when we make contact.
Fraudsters may claim to be the bank to try and access your personal and account information. If you receive a call from the bank that you are suspicious about, cease the call immediately.
